Toilet Paper Supply Under Potential Risk From Trump Tariffs

It wasn't that long ago that the pandemic snarled shipments of toilet paper the world over. Now, US President Donald Trump's tariffs are threatening disruption once again.

Fortunately, the USMCA trade agreement (and NAFTA before it) excludes Canadian pulp from the Trump tariffs, so maybe a crisis avoided?
