See steroids are good for you. Until they are not.

Steroids are what make you into a real man.

Trumpy should take steroids, too!

Thought he was a bit older than 71.

Lou Ferrigno will always be the real Hulk, to me.

I think there's something to that. You can track the rise of Trump with the rise of TRT.

All these middle age white dudes jacked to the gills on test and go full MAGA.

Dudes who like watching other dudes... swole dudes... in tights... or satin panties... make-up.... masks... fighting over who has the rights to wear them big belts... that buckle in the back...

This is why trumpers love ol' Hulk:

"I mean, I don't have double standards. I mean, I am a racist, to a point, f"king n"-rs. But then when it comes to nice people and s"t, and whatever," Hogan says in the video, according to Radar. He then says he's disappointed that Brooke " who released one album in 2006 and another in 2009 " is sleeping with the son of a man who was funding her career. "I mean, I'd rather if she was going to f"k some n"-r, I'd rather have her marry an 8-foot-tall n"-r worth a hundred million dollars! Like a basketball player! I guess we're all a little racist. ------- n"-r."

RIH, dirtbag.

True, if this was 20 years ago. Modern wrestling, led by WWE, has evolved to the point where women are now a huge part of the show. No longer are they just given bathroom break matches or treated as nothing more than eye candy like they were when Hogan was around. They are now some of the top performers and top draws in the business and the change has brought many women to the fandom.
WWE has even become a driver of female empowerment in Saudi Arabia. They started producing shows there about 10 years ago but women were not allowed to participate or attend. About 5 years ago they had their first women's match. They dressed very conservative including baggy t-shirts. They now allow women in the audience. The most recent show had nearly as many women's matches booked as there were men. Female performers still cover their bodies but they have shed the baggy outfits. One particular courted controversy by wearing what I would describe as a ---------- style skin tight cat suit along with Guy Fawkes inspired makeup to punctuate her act of subversiveness.

Wrestling is, and forever has been, completely fake. No wonder Fat Donnie Pedo loves it.

My dad used to hang out with Fritz von Eric and Tiger Conway and some of the other wrestlers back in the day in Dallas.

He was pretty sure he could whip any of them in a real fight, lol. Prolly not, but his older, bigger brother, my Uncle Bud, was a different story.

He doesn't get to go to "heaven" and then be raised again in his old rotten meat sack to live forever?

I am betting he doesn't feel a thing right now.

From my personal NDE it appears The Nothing is very peaceful and relaxing.

And what I discovered while there (actually after) is that Nothing Matters.

A lot.

#33 | Posted by donnerboy at 2025-07-25 12:30 PM

- my personal NDE

Don't know if I've ever seen you describe here. I'd be interested if you get a chance. My wife (at the time)'s was pretty much in line with most I've ever read.

#34 | Posted by Corky at 2025-07-25 12:41 PM

He's gonna be pissed when black Jesus shows up.

Whom am I kidding, he ain't going there.

#35 | Posted by Nixon at 2025-07-25 02:43 PM

"Don't know if I've ever seen you describe here."

I did once as I recall .. Briefly.

Briefly again..

I was not breathing and had no pulse when paramedics arrived.

According to the paramedics it could have been for several minutes. I, of course, was completely unaware of time passing and was aware of only Nothing at the time. It was the peaceful relaxed feeling (that is so hard to describe) that I had when I recovered that sticks with me to this day.

Since the DR is not really a place to bare my soul and all my secrets I'd love to discuss it over a drink.

But you live in Florida.

So ... Odds are against me ever going there for a while.

But after that experience I can say with confidence that Nothing Matters. A lot.

#36 | Posted by donnerboy at 2025-07-25 06:43 PM

- But you live in Florida.

Thanks for reminding me.... it was only in the mid 80's this morning; with a feels like 104.

I watched the screen as my wife's brain flooded with blood on the one side. The doctor next to me said she wouldn't live.

She did. And later described following the light at the end of the dark tunnel and meeting her deceased aunts and other family in a place that was, well, Paradise.

She loved it there, and didn't want to leave, but they told her she had something still to do.

She was aphasic and had to learn to speak again (she picked up a Boston accent from the teacher!) She was an artist, so she had to learn to paint again predominately using the other side of her brain.

A year later we had a child. Which I thought may have been the thing she had to do.
