There is literally no possible way that Trump is over 300 pounds. In his youth, I suspect he was ~6'2"/6'3" but is likely currently ~6'1". At his age, his muscle mass is way down so I would guess he is probably 235/240lbs tops. During campaign season, he may go up as high as 250lbs but I doubt anything over that.

If Trump is 6'1" 300lbs, he would need to be absolutely shredded because he would need massive muscle mass.
