Justin Anthony Banta (38), an IT specialist with the Justice Department, secretly spiked his pregnant girlfriend's drink with "Plan C" abortion drugs to induce a miscarriage without her knowledge. Banta's girlfriend was happily six-weeks pregnant when she had a sonogram on 17 Oct 2024 that revealed a strong heartbeat and good vital signs in the fetus. The victim reported the incident to authorities and Banta was charged with capital murder in Parker County, TX. Abortion pills
