Justin Anthony Banta (38), an IT specialist with the Justice Department, secretly spiked his pregnant girlfriend's drink with "Plan C" abortion drugs to induce a miscarriage without her knowledge. Banta's girlfriend was happily six-weeks pregnant when she had a sonogram on 17 Oct 2024 that revealed a strong heartbeat and good vital signs in the fetus. Later that same day Banta allegedly spiked her coffee at a diner. The following day the woman went to the emergency room with extreme bleeding and lost the pregnancy.
