Trump Administraton Considering Cuts To SS Benefits

In December of 2024 Donald Trump NBC news "we're not touching Social Security, other than we might make it more efficient, but the people are going to get what they're getting. And we're not raising ages or any of that stuff." During a recent iterview Trump's SSA Commissioner, Frank Bisignano, was asked if raising the retire is being considering. He replied "I think everything's being considered, will be considered." He also said the administration is looking at raising taxes by increasing the income amount subject to social security tax is being considered.
