House Judiciary Chair Jim Jordan is asking the Justice Department to prosecute former CIA director John Brennan for allegedly lying to Congress more than two years ago.

Former CIA Director John Brennan was referred to the Justice Department today by House Judiciary Chair Jim Jordan, who accused him of lying to Congress about the Steele dossier.

Can Rep Jordan show that Mr Brennan "knew" the statements were false?

Asked differently, how does he seem to know what Mr Brennan was thinking at the time he made those statements?
