DNR orders put on disabled people without their consent

Multiple families have told ITV News that hospitals are still routinely placing Do Not Attempt Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation orders, or DNRs, on medical records without their consent, despite the NHS being ordered to stop the practice following an investigation by the Care Quality Commission in 2020.
