For homicide it's a little better. About one-third of murders result in a conviction. Getting away with it is normal. As a Trump voter, you know that when you're a star, you can get away with it. And Trump will pardon you if you don't.

Your scenario is worse. She's still living with abusers, and since you deny her right to abortion without the consent of the parent who raped her or is related to the rapist, now she's raising the rapists kid too.

The difference is she's not pregnant any more in my scenario.
