EU to Trump: You Can't Pardon Putin

Donald Trump's drive to secure peace in Ukraine must not let Vladimir Putin off the hook for war crimes committed by Russian forces, a top EU official has warned, effectively setting a new red line for a deal.

If the US can do whatever it wants to whomever it wants with no regard for human rights, the Geneva Convention, US law, the UCMJ, or international law, then we are no different than Vladimir Putin and Russia, who I suppose was the role model for Trump foreign policy doctrine.

In 2023 the ICC issued a warrant for Putin's arrest in connection with war crimes in Ukraine.
In 2025 Trump ordered a literal red carpet rolled out for Putin in Alaska.

If Russia wanted to destroy the United States from within, they would install someone to do everything that Dementia Don is doing.

NIXON

"If Russia wanted to destroy the United States from within, they would install someone to do everything that Dementia Don is doing."

Russia had been itching for the opportunity for years. And then they found a custom-made glory hound in Trump, a known grifter who was susceptible to the idea of splitting up the western and eastern hemispheres between them.

It's no coincidence that Russia is now inching closer to Eastern Europe at the same time Trump is inching closer to South America.

It looks almost coordinated.

Weird how that's happening, since that's exactly what they did with Agent Krasnov.

There's really no question, he's a Russian asset.

But we can pardon (and support) Hamas for killing 1200 civilians.

If liberals didn't have double standards, they wouldn't have any standards. Would really be nice if one of the parties would come even close to practicing what they preach.

It may be coming.
Except, as we know, in a clutch, Old Senescent has a standby reply.
"I know nothing of that."

Trump, who customarily behaves like a drunk at a garden party, werks hard to mind his manners around Putin.
Obsequious, subservient to a degree that might embarrass a normal.
Like he's afraid of an unpredictable boss.
Putin is Trump's master..
