Congress is preparing to use the War Powers Resolution's fast-track machinery to force a recorded vote on whether President Trump must end U.S. "hostilities within or against Venezuela" that Congress has not authorized.
AOC to @pabloreports.bsky.social: It is the responsibility of Congress to declare and authorize the use of military force. Congress has not authorized a military use of force. There has not been a case made, and I think the absence of one really speaks volumes.
