At point blank range, an IDF soldier shot and killed Rayan Muhammad Abdul Qader Abu Mualla (16) who was unarmed as he walked to his home in the occupied West Bank town of Qabatiya.
The IDF said it shot dead a Palestinian "suspected of hurling a block" at soldiers on Saturday during an operation. Video shows an IDF soldier shooting an unarmed Abu Mualla at point blank range while he walking down the street. The IDF did not use the word "suspected" and bleated that the teenage victim "hurled a block toward the soldiers," concluding that "the incident is under review."
Abu Mualla's body is inexplicably being held by the IDF.
