Bets rose sharply over the past few days, handing Steyer a 57 percent chance of winning over his Democratic rival Representative Eric Swalwell ...
My favorite thing about Tom Steyer is during his 2020 presidential bid, after it was clear he was going nowhere, and he decided to hold an event with Juvenile where he danced to "Back That Azz Up" youtu.be/wcEU-8ONONE? ...

I don't understand what peeps are giving Paid Russian troll OneIronTurd grief over. Swalwell was accused of sexual assault by multiple women, including a woman he was having an extramarital affair with. Of course that's going to lose him some votes and hurt his chances of being the Dem nominee.
Also, California really needs to fix this primary system, since it gives a clear advantage to Repubs because far more Dems run and divide the vote.
How are primary elections conducted in California?
All candidates for voter-nominated offices are listed on one ballot and only the top two vote-getters in the primary election " regardless of party preference - move on to the general election.

Becerra is who I've been reading most Californians rally behind.
