My favorite thing about Tom Steyer is during his 2020 presidential bid, after it was clear he was going nowhere, and he decided to hold an event with Juvenile where he danced to "Back That Azz Up" youtu.be/wcEU-8ONONE? ...

I don't understand what peeps are giving Paid Russian troll OneIronTurd grief over. Swalwell was accused of sexual assault by multiple women, including a woman he was having an extramarital affair with. Of course that's going to lose him some votes and hurt his chances of being the Dem nominee.

Also, California really needs to fix this primary system, since it gives a clear advantage to Repubs because far more Dems run and divide the vote.

How are primary elections conducted in California?

All candidates for voter-nominated offices are listed on one ballot and only the top two vote-getters in the primary election " regardless of party preference - move on to the general election.

Its just so funny, watching California rally behind the Tom Steyer, who made his fortune in hedge-fund finance " including investments in private prisons and dirty coal " will now be recast as a progressive champion.

LOL

Gotta cull some of the Dems competing for the spot first. It's why the long knives have come out for Swalwell from the left. The two highest vote getters in the state primary run against each other for governor. Right now, because so many Dems are watering down the vote, the 2 with the highest pool numbers are Republicans.

Who's rallying behind Steyer?

Becerra is who I've been reading most Californians rally behind.

For certain. The sex predator thing can't possibly have anything to do with it.

You can't expect Trumpers to understand why democrats are against sexual assault and pedophilia.

Most conservatives would still be virgins if it weren't for rape.

For people like pedoringer, that's nothing. Hell, the more women assaulted or the more violent the assault the better to them. They live vicariously through it.

They also would have already gone after their 14 year old neighbor if they didn't have to worry about jail time for it.

For people like pedoringer, that's nothing.

They certainly can't admit it might be bad.

Unfortunately.

Some don't worry about the jail time.

What a horrible place this world can be at times.

@mrraphaelagustin

Since Xavier Becerra is trending, let me remind you he's a son of farmworkers who graduated from Stanford Law, became the CA Attorney General, and was the U.S. Secretary of Health & Human Services when that department still believed in vaccinations.
