Beef Is Becoming a Luxury Item

If you walked right past the meat aisle on your last trip to the grocery store, you're not the only one.

How much are you paying for beef at the grocery store?

President Donald Trump told voters, "When I win, I will immediately bring prices down, starting on Day One."

Stinky fails again.

You won't hear anything from deplorable Trumping MAGAts about this.

Most will avoid this thread.

There's nothing to troll or gaslight about.

There's no wiggle room.

Trump ------ America.

The only way to stop him is to win supermajority in Congress.

Have enough democrats in Congress to prevent republicans from blocking and supporting Trump.

Texas Roadhouse is cheaper than buying a steak at the grocery store.

So much winning!

I got a warning last time I was at the butcher shop that prices were going to go up substantially fairly soon.

The Butcher Shop Steakhouse - sang a la Frankie.

Ah, memories.

I used to make my own beef jerky from eye of round roasts or London broils.

Not anymore. An eye of round roast used to be $15-20 depending on size. Now? They're more than $30. Cost just isn't there anymore.

The marked down discounted sirloin/strip/ribeye steaks at my local grocery store (usually because they're on the last day or two of best by period) are now about the same price they would have been at full price ($15-20) just a year or two ago.

@#2 ... Let them eat paste ...

That seems to be the approach of Sec Hegseth towards our military serving on the ships in the Middle East.

A new report from the Bureau of Economic Analysis estimates that American consumers spent about $81.3 billion more on gas and other energy goods in March compared to the month prior, about a 20% increase.

Pedo 47 did that.
