Latvian Extradited to US for Exporting Hi-Tech to Russia
Oleg Chistyakov AKA Olegs itsjakovs (55) was extradited from Latvia to a federal court in Kansas City, KS, for facilitating the sale, repair, and shipment of US-origin avionics equipment to customers in Russia.
