A Greenwich property once owned by former President Donald Trump has sold after 15 years of going on and off the market. The 5.8-acre waterfront estate at 21 Vista Drive was sold on Friday for $31.5 million, according to Zillow.

The current owners, financier Robert Steinberg and Suzanne Steinberg, purchased the property from Ivana Trump in 1998 for $15 million, around $29 million in today's dollars, and significantly renovated and expanded it, The Wall Street Journal reported.

Rob Johnson of Brown Harris Stevens represented the Steinbergs and confirmed the property closed this past week, adding that the home "represents a truly unique parcel of waterfront property in Greenwich," he said via email. ...
