The next administration cannot let these people off the hook for willfully denying people their Constitutional rights.

I agree with that comment but it is still not a valid excuse for the total incompetence at ICE! But, yo be completely honest I expect incompetence when dealing with any and all police agencies; federal, state, county or local. I think the ability to bully people breeds incompetence!

Here in Florida our Highway Patrol announced that they wanted to do the work of ICE and on the exact same day there was an accident on I-95 that killed three people because of two drivers racinf at approximately 115 MPH! I asked on that day in a letter to the Sun Sentinel' why in hell do those moeons think they need to be doing the work of ICE instead of doing their real jobs on Florida highways?
