Whether the US has a Republican or Democrat in the White House, the American taxpayer is better off sending more foreign assistance to our neighbor to the south and much less to faraway Israel who is using it for nefarious purposes anyway. Mexico's problems affect us more than Israel's. And Mexicans could use the money more than Israelis: Mexico GNI per capita = $12,000; Israel GNI per capita = $55,000; plus Israelis enjoy excellent universal healthcare. If the US boosts Mexico's economy, we will see much less strife over there and possibly less migration to the US.

Moreover, Mexican servicemembers died fighting alongside Americans as allies in WWII; ZERO Israelis fought alongside the US over the past 77 years (e.g. Korea, Vietnam, Iraq, Afghanistan).
