Drudge Retort: The Other Side of the News
Wednesday, September 24, 2025

Threat actors are creating fake websites imitating the FBI Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3) government site that allows the public to report cyber crimes. The FBI, America's premier law enforcement and intelligence agency working against cyberattacks, terrorist threats, public corruption, and other crimes, is warning Americans against entering their information on the fake sites. A spoofed website is designed to impersonate a legitimate website and may be used for illegal conduct, such as personal information theft and to facilitate monetary scams. The FBI warns: Never click on links that may include suspicious artifacts or graphics, such as unprofessional or low-quality graphics used to imitate a legitimate website.'

People should type in the IC3 website, http://www.ic3.gov, directly into the address bar of the Internet browser instead of using a search engine and clicking a site. Those using a search engine should make sure that the URL ends with .gov and is correct, and avoid clicking on any sponsored results. The worst FBI Director in the history of the US, Kashyap Pramod Patel, took reckless steps this year to drastically weaken the FBI by eliminating the requirement for SAs to have a college education and he halved FBI SA training from a rigorous 16-week academy to a paltry eight-week course, far less training than what US Army enlisted MPs receive. Many experienced FBI SAs were also forced out by the Dummkopf Trumpf junta. So, Americans can expect more foul-ups from the FBI under the inter-galactically underqualified Kashyap Pramod Patel. The Mossad, FSB/GRU, MSS, IRGC-QF, white supremacists, the Mafia, ISIS, Russian organized crime, violent Outlaw Motorcycle Gangs (OMGs), and the Mexican drug cartels must be thoroughly engrossed in robust schadenfreude right about now.
