In the Democratic primary on 4 Aug, dinosaur Haley Stevens (D) will face Dr. Abdul El-Sayed (D), an epidemiologist and former director of the Detroit Health Department. The winner of that contest will then face dinosaur Mike Rogers (R) on Tuesday 3 Nov 2026, barring Republican Party mischief or sabotage.
