BARTLESVILLE, Okla. " Bartlesville Police wrestled to the ground and arrested Misty Armatige while she was rushing her granddaughter to the emergency room. In an affidavit Bartlesville Police Officer Reed Blackard said he was doing routine patrol on April 14 around 4 p.m. and saw Armatige's vehicle driving fast and changing through lanes of both directions to pass other vehicles. Blackard tried to pull Armatige over but she ran a stop sign and began a short pursuit. The affidavit says Armitage pulled over and said her granddaughter had a bloody nose and it was an emergency.
