Well,, as a Vietnam Veteran, I sure as hell hope we learned our lesson and... Okay, on second thought, enough time has passed that people can be duped again by a very few people to risk a war that will get a million people killed, for dubious reasons, and tens of thousands of American lives.

Hi HughMass. My first military instructors were US Army Vietnam War veterans and they taught me a lot-- officially and unofficially. I did OK in Iraqistan and Pashtunistan thanks to them. We don't need another damn war, even though the Islamophobes and Iran-haters like Lindsey Graham and Sebastian Gorka will push it on the American people.

At a press conference, Israel's rightwing Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich said that absolute victory would include the "destruction of Hamas, Hezbollah, Iran and the strengthening of Israel's security." He threatened to take down the government if the Nakba against the Palestinians didn't continue. Jerusalem doesn't care if any of the 40,000 American servicemembers in the Middle East are in harm's way and Senator Lindsey Graham (R-SC) is itching for a war with Iran. What better distraction for the American people while DOGE and Trumpf pilfer our wealth.
