It was always planned that Americans be next.
The point is to have the power to squash internal dissent.
By disappearing people, in the tradition of fascist Argentine colonels.
Our Dirty War will likely begin as soon as the economy makes even the most stupid of MAGAS squeal.

These deportations are in addition to the 3 million expulsions of migrants crossing the border irregularly
_what was the due process for these 3 million? They were, after all, in the country, and persons, yes?
archive.is
www.migrationpolicy.org
From May 2023 through March 2024, 316,000 migrants were processed via expedited removal, more than in any prior full fiscal year. "expedited removal"
_what's that? Is it a 'due process'?
Whereas President Barack Obama was labeled by some as the "deporter in chief," this new trend may earn President Joe Biden the title of "returner in chief." Notably, authorities have deported migrants to more than 170 countries during the current administration, which may be the most ever.
_Where was politico then? I would supply a primary source for this thread, but there isn't one. It's all politico trotskyist drivel.

Of course they're going after American citizens.
"The home grown are next." -Trump
They're arresting mayors and Judges who impede their efforts.
And sadly. No one is fighting back.
Everyone too busy just trying to pretend this is all normal or that it won't eventually effect them.

WHERE WERE YOU when BIDEN FOUGHT AGAINST DUE PROCESS?? archive.is
www.aclu.org
The Biden Administration is on the Wrong Side in This Crucial Supreme Court Immigration Case A case before the court will determine whether immigrants have access to a bond hearing to justify detention, and whether advocates can use a critical tool to bring them relief.
Beyond the denial of bond hearings, there is another way in which the Biden administration has picked the wrong side of this fight. The administration argues that a provision of the immigration laws prevents federal courts from entering a standard form of relief in civil rights cases " a class-wide injunction " in cases challenging the government's detention and deportation practices. Practically, this is a systemic attack on immigrants' rights.

Yes, deport without due process If Joe Biden effectuated his immigration policy without due process, why can't Donald Trump do the same with his?
That's the question raised by Joe Biden's effortlessly permitting millions of people to enter the country illegally and Donald Trump's having to go through extensive exertions to remove (or keep removed) one illegal immigrant, Kilmar Abrego Garcia. Abrego Garcia shouldn't have been deported to El Salvador, but the point still stands " illegal immigrants can be imported by the millions, with nothing more than a notice to appear and a bus ticket to their preferred destination, while there's a time-consuming process to remove them by the thousands. This disparity inherently favors illegal immigration.

But certainly Bozo would have no trouble blaming the children too.

Whataboutisms are still logical fallacies; accusations of hypocrisy aren't an argument to the point.
So you are being rather pointless again.

You will though.
We deported American kids, rather than let them stay with their American father.

The point is, no one here complained then for similar events; but they complain now. This indicates that the complaints are based not on what happened instead they are based on who did it. This distinction moves any argument you may make from a rational one to an irrational (emotional) one.
>Whataboutisms are still logical fallacies It's a principle of consistency; every case should be judged similarly. Our legal system is based on precedent; will you say that too is invalid? That 'laws' apply differently to various actors?
You're simply repeating a buzzword you read somewhere in an echo chamber.

Only Uncle Sam can do that.

It is mind-blowing how many so-called "Americans" are willing to casually suspend due process for people currently living in this country. Do they even understand what the American Constitution has always stood for?

No more mind blowing than when it happened in Germany in the 1930.

"That's an illegal mothers fault.
So now BOAZ supports abortiion?" Is abortion OK if the potential mother is an undocumented alien? Morality and consistency seem to be dependent on political ideology; makes me question the basic claim of morality. If God frowns on abortion do you think He frowns less if the mother is an undocumented immigrant? Then, if the child is born to undocumented immigrants who work in thw fields harvesting the vegetables we eat every day are we better off kicking them out of the country while the crops rot in the field? Hey, let's give the Statue of Liberty back to the French because the United States doesn't deserve it. And BTW, I don't say America because every nation in North an South America has the same right to call themselves Americans and many or even most of the people the hat the haters are deporting actually can prove that they are descendants of Native Americans; as such they have a right to live and work and vote in the United States OF the Americas both North and South and the Caribbean which was the closest Columbus ever got to this country.

#24: ...unless when in Cases of Rebellion or Invasion the public Safety may require it.
This is why the Trump junta uses the term "invasion" in charging documents, press releases, EOs, or presidential proclamations, to seed the American mind with these poisonous lies, making suspension of habeas corpus easier to enact.
This case is part of Operation Take Back America, a nationwide initiative that marshals the full resources of the Department of Justice to repel the invasion of illegal immigration, achieve the total elimination of cartels and transnational criminal organizations (TCOs), and protect our communities from the perpetrators of violent crime.
