No Fair Day: Damning New Report Reveals the Biden Administration's Unlawful Treatment of Children in Immigration Courts

December 13, 2023

Data show that tens of thousands of children have been ordered deported, most without legal representation or a fair day in court

Yes, deport without due process
If Joe Biden effectuated his immigration policy without due process, why can't Donald Trump do the same with his?

That's the question raised by Joe Biden's effortlessly permitting millions of people to enter the country illegally and Donald Trump's having to go through extensive exertions to remove (or keep removed) one illegal immigrant, Kilmar Abrego Garcia.
Abrego Garcia shouldn't have been deported to El Salvador, but the point still stands " illegal immigrants can be imported by the millions, with nothing more than a notice to appear and a bus ticket to their preferred destination, while there's a time-consuming process to remove them by the thousands.
This disparity inherently favors illegal immigration.

WHERE WERE YOU when BIDEN FOUGHT AGAINST DUE PROCESS??

The Biden Administration is on the Wrong Side in This Crucial Supreme Court Immigration Case
A case before the court will determine whether immigrants have access to a bond hearing to justify detention, and whether advocates can use a critical tool to bring them relief.

Beyond the denial of bond hearings, there is another way in which the Biden administration has picked the wrong side of this fight. The administration argues that a provision of the immigration laws prevents federal courts from entering a standard form of relief in civil rights cases " a class-wide injunction " in cases challenging the government's detention and deportation practices. Practically, this is a systemic attack on immigrants' rights.

These deportations are in addition to the 3 million expulsions of migrants crossing the border irregularly

_what was the due process for these 3 million? They were, after all, in the country, and persons, yes?

www.migrationpolicy.org

From May 2023 through March 2024, 316,000 migrants were processed via expedited removal, more than in any prior full fiscal year.
"expedited removal"

_what's that? Is it a 'due process'?

Whereas President Barack Obama was labeled by some as the "deporter in chief," this new trend may earn President Joe Biden the title of "returner in chief." Notably, authorities have deported migrants to more than 170 countries during the current administration, which may be the most ever.

_Where was politico then?
I would supply a primary source for this thread, but there isn't one. It's all politico trotskyist drivel.

The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation has reportedly used Haiti to create a market for cholera vaccine

www.europarl.europa.eu

According to Professor Renaud Piarroux, a world expert on cholera, Bill Gates owns cholera vaccine factories in South Korea. For its part, the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation reportedly organised a vaccination campaign in Haiti as the cholera epidemic was coming to an end.

This large-scale trial of the single-dose vaccine, supported by a contribution of EUR 10 million, was organised using bogus publications and modelling without clarifying that cholera had disappeared in Haiti two years earlier. The aim seems to have been to gain support and create a market for the cholera vaccine[1].

In 2018, the Commission announced that it was jointly investing nearly EUR 100 million[2] in health in Africa with the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, despite Microsoft laying off 25 000 European workers.

The man and woman are not married, Hash* said, but have been together several years and have three children together. The children are 8, 5 and 4 years old and the two youngest are U.S. citizens, Hash said. The man was deported on Tuesday. The woman and her three children were deported Wednesday morning, Hash said.
Hash asked that the man and woman not be identified to avoid putting them at risk.

-What hiding?? Are not records, like arrest, public? Do we really want anonymous detention/arrests?

The News could not immediately confirm if the two children were U.S. citizens.

"This year, Brookings calculations suggest that President-elect Donald Trump's winning base in 2,633 counties represents 86% of the nation's total counties but just 38% of the nation's GDP. Conversely, Vice President Kamala Harris' losing base of 427 much higher-output counties represents 62% of the GDP.

Adjusted for cost of living (like localized GDP PPP), the split is roughly 50/50. But, more important, it ignores the causes for why a lot of deep blue -------- cities have high relative GDP. The factories tended to be built in urban areas back when the cities were actually productive. For instance for St. Louis, up until 1943, it tended to have GOP mayors - since this time, it has been 100% Democrat controlled. Coincidentally, the city's population collapse directly goes with the time the Democrats took control of the city. This takes us to GDP - the GDP for St. Louis is remnant of the investments made in infrastructure and in businesses predating the Democrat control of the city - basically, YOU DIDN'T BUILD THAT - you are just the ones running it into the ground now. You can apply the same thing to Detroit and even the state of CA - under the GOP, California K-12 education was the envy of the world - now, it is a running joke.

In the case of St. Louis, the largest employers are: BJC HealthCare (the companies that merged to form this date from the early 1900's), Walmart (low wages and came during the city's decline), Washington University (founded 1853), SSM Health (founded 1877), and Mercy (founded 1871). Other major employers in the region include Boeing (not real as they move the HQ to chase tax incentives from Seattle to Chicago), Scott Air Force Base (established 1917), Schnucks (1939), and Anheuser-Busch (established 1852).

You can literally go to any deep blue -------- city and you will see the same pattern - a time when the city was thriving during GOP or split-rule and then a deep decent into poverty under 100% Dem control - this happens until all the companies are finally forced to leave.
