"I will fight for aid to Israel. All the aid that Israel needs. I will continue to fight for it," the Senate minority leader bleated on Saturday as the IDF killed 23 Palestinians in Gaza. This so-called "American" Senator went on to refer to Israel aid as his "baby."

Among those killed by the IDF include seven children, a five-month-old baby, and a medic who rushed to provide aid to casualties.

The US has provided hundreds of billions in security and economic assistance to Israel and fought several wars in the Middle East for Tel Aviv. Following the 7 Oct 2023 Hamas attack on Israel, the US sent Israel $14 billion in arms that were used to conduct a genocide in Gaza.

The IDF has now killed 71,384 Palestinians, the majority of them women and children; over 171,000 have been wounded or maimed.

IDF Chief of Staff Lieutenant-General Eyal Zamir told Israel Army radio that the US will attack Iran on behalf of Israel in a matter of weeks.

International arrest warrants for war crimes issued by the ICC remain active for Israeli PM Benjamin Netanyahu and former IDF General Yoav Gallant. The Istanbul Public Prosecutor in Turkiye issued arrest warrants for Netanyahu and 30 other suspected Israeli war criminals. Indictments are merely allegations. To ensure a fair trial, Messrs Netanyahu and Gallant must both be presumed innocent until both are proven guilty at an international tribunal to be held for them in the Hague at a future date.

Last month RFK Jr and HHS tried to abruptly slash $2bn from substance abuse clinics and mental health counselors which helps hundreds of thousands of us Americans, but the USG easily transferred $14 billion in aid to Israel without a sweat.

**** Israel Unlawfully Spraying Herbicides in Southern Lebanon and Syria ****

"Footage has also emerged of Israeli agricultural planes deploying chemical substances inside southern Syria on at least three occasions last week.

The UN Interim Force in Lebanon said the IDF dropped an "unknown chemical substance" over areas near the Blue Line, delaying the observers' activities for nine hours.

The IDF that it would be "carrying out an aerial activity dropping what they said was a non-toxic chemical substance over areas near the Blue Line."

"The IDF said that peacekeepers should stay away and remain under cover, forcing them to cancel over a dozen activities," the observer force said.

"Peacekeepers could not perform normal operations near the Blue Line along about a third of its length and were only able to resume normal activities after over nine hours," UNFIL said, adding that its observers also supported the Lebanese army in "collecting samples to be tested for toxicity."

"The IDF's deliberate and planned actions not only limited peacekeepers' ability to undertake their mandated activities, but also potentially put their health and that of civilians at risk," UNIFIL added. "It also raised concerns about the effects of this unknown chemical on local agricultural lands, and how this might impact the return of civilians to their homes and livelihoods in the long-term."

More than a year after a ceasefire was struck in November 2024 to end a war between Israel and Hezbollah, border areas in Lebanon remain largely deserted, and Israel continues to carry out regular airstrikes in the south.

Reminiscent of the US military using the highly carcinogenic Agent Orange in Vietnam, the IDF is spraying chemicals into Lebanon and Syria. I knew a Vietnam veteran suffering from a host of ailments including cancer caused by exposure to Agent Orange when he loaded them onto USN planes 60 years ago.

And what will the US or the UN do about these environmental crimes perpetrated by Israel despoiling nature?
