Foreign Service Officer Jared Llamado (32) of McLean Virginia stabbed Michelle Adams (39); Dana Bonnell (36); Mary C. Flood (37), and Heather Miller (40) in a road rage incident in Fairfax, VA. Adams and a dog were killed in his rampage, as was Llamado by a responding Virginia State Trooper.
