Democrats controlled the House for 40 years. Why? They were the party of the working class. They didn't need identity politics, DEI, open borders or any of that. They were popular and had lots of power because they represented workers. If they can find a way to get back to that they'd be able to relegate the GOP into the weeds.

I've been saying it for years. FICA should be increased a half point on both sides.

I've also been screaming for spending cuts. Real cuts not just reductions in the rate of growth that still vastly outpaces inflation.
