You idiots haven't even looked at the indictments. They weren't "paying informants" and they are not a law enforcement agency.

If it actually came to trial the FBI would have to acknowledge all the times the SPLC provided evidence to the FBI about the criminal activities of hate groups it had gathered through the use of informants.
That's a pretty dumb thing to do if you are secretly trying to help hate groups, no?
