When a Spirit Airlines crashes in the forest and no one is aboard does it make a sound?

Years ago, when my wife and I were still working and we didn't have the luxury of extra days to travel, we used to fly Spirit as they had a red-eye between LAX and Detroit. That was also back when you didn't have to pay for a soda or for putting bags in the overhead. It was still considered a no frills airline, but it was still at least closer to what you'd come to expect when flying. Besides, they were flying mostly MD-80's back then and since I used to work for McDonnell Douglas, it felt better, like I was supporting the company that was going to be paying me a pension some day, which they are, just that now the name on the 'check' is Boeing.

Pedo 47's Epstein Fury just threw 17,000 people out of work. Are you tired of all the winning yet?

Just so we're all clear Spirit Airlines went under today because Trump started a war to distract from being in the Epstein Files and it caused fuel prices to skyrocket beyond what Spirit could afford. He is to blame.

17,000 jobs lost.
Spirit Airlines has shut down. Meaning, 17,000 jobs have been lost and an affordable airline has turned off its lights.
Fuel costs are up. Unemployment is up. And businesses can't afford to stay affordable.
Thanks, Trump.

Elizabeth Warren Mar 5, 2024: I've warned for months that a @JetBlue-@SpiritAirlines merger would have led to fewer flights and higher fares.
@JusticeATR and @USDOT were right to stand up for consumers and fight against runaway airline consolidation. This is a Biden win for flyers! x.com
Elizabeth Warren April 26th 2026: The Big Four airlines (American, Delta, Southwest, United) control 75% of the U.S. market. Fewer choices = higher prices for you. x.com

Oh please .... as I stated before Biden and Trump are both to blame. The merger should have happened, and was blocked. Spirit wasn't doing well before the high price of fuel, this just make it worse as its customers can't absorb the hikes.

Of course Biden is to blame for Trump attacking Iran for no reason.
Biden is also to blame for the smelly brown stains in your underwear.
