Your comment is very ambiguous.
I've known several Christian households. All the way to giving tracs instead of candy on Halloween, or parents who believe video games are evil and wouldn't let their children play them, all the way to God is love. They believe in the Spirit of Jesus but not really the significance of repentance and salvation.
Another family I knew elevated the Bible and literally put it on a pedestal and worshipped around it. Oddly, it felt like idol worship the way it was propped up.
And I've known families that believe in repentance and being saved. Each person has their own walk with Christ. Not a lot of judging among each other. Parents assumed a role in educating and providing support.
So you know how "religious households" work.
I'm curious. What church or denomination was your family?
Teaching man-made fake religion.
