But that's not the issue here.

We're talking about Iran and a regime driven by a specific, aggressive interpretation of Islam.

And when that leadership consistently deflects blame, justifies its actions, and refuses accountability, it limits the workable options for resolving conflict.

If Trump is going to bring this to a close, it may require actions Iran has not seen before.

I don't envy the people in Washington having to decide whether that price is worth paying.
