A Prineville Christian pastor has been charged with first-degree animal abuse in the case of a cat that was shot multiple times, enraging members of the community. Jason Andrew Swick (49) was charged last week with the Class A misdemeanor and is set to be arraigned on 3 Dec. The cat, named Pumpkin, was shot three times in the head and thrown into a dumpster by this lunatic. He survived but is now blind, according to his owner.
