No one is perfect. But I know that one side would torture, rape, and murder every member of the other side with glee. And one side likely would not, since 25% of their citizens are those people, given far more rights than they would enjoy elsewhere in the Arab world. But you don't have to take my word for it.

Let's see if I have this right. Israel punishes/kills the people of Gaza and claims it's ok because they are HAMAS and/or supporters of HAMAS.

I would be cautious about viewing Palestinians as a homogenous group. It appears there are different factions with different objectives. I don't think it's clear at this point that Hamas was behind the attack that killed the two IDF soldiers.

Defend themselves? From those kids at the music festival? Absolutely! That's what all civilized people do when teens blast their music in our parks.

Israel bends over backwards to minimize Palestinian civilian casualties. Meanwhile, for Palestinians, murdering civilians is their entire military strategy. And then they cry about their own collateral damage, as if they wouldn't intentionally do a million times worse to Israelis if they had the means.
