We don't really know yet whether the Dems agreed among themselves who would vote for this and who wouldn't depending on their constituency at home, but Bernie and some others aren't likely to be happy about it.

They got a vote on ACA in future they can't win because it requires 60 to pass, and they appear to have gotten Gov funding and rehiring for Gov workers, and apparently some guarantee on SNAP money.

We'll have to see the details and who votes how.
