Eberly, I believe she might have been part of a group of citizen observers. If they hear of ICE activity, they go to the area and film what is happening to provide witnesses. I am not sure that has been verified.

I haven't read the whole thread, I've taken a break from the situation because it has just rattled me. I just tuned into a local news program and they had on experts in "use of deadly force". They said that the shooter being on the side of the car when shots were fired does not support the use of deadly force. Others were saying the video does not match what DHS has said to describe what happened. So we'll see how this plays out, they are still investigating the situation.

However, I am not shocked at the hypocrisy of the Pro Life posters here. Yeah, you know who you are.

KSTP just showed a slowed down version video from behind the vehicle of the woman shot. You can clearly see the entire drivers side of the vehicle. The vehicle is moving and a LEO comes up to the car and tries to open the door (got that, the car is moving). Of course he can't open it because the car is moving. Another LEO about 10' further down the street (by my estimation) in the direction the vehicle was moving shoots into the car window.
