He could have just stepped back from the car rather than going toward it. She was driving very slowly. There was no need for him to draw his gun while he was approaching her. In fact, if he hadn't, he probably wouldn't have approached her the way he did. I saw one eye witness who said she probably didn't even see the guy with the gun because she was focused on the guy trying to get into her car. Just a bunch of power hungry, trigger happy ice goons hoping to arrest someone. Well, congratulations, boys, you killed a 37 year old US citizen and let her child an orphan. Yeah, you be real tough, brave and macho.

Either he has a "habit" or he doesn't. You get the reference was to claim he did this all the time, he has experience.....

June until now doesn't mean he had much experience, training or supervision. It doesn't mean knew what he was doing or that he had been properly debriefed after the June incident. It also doesn't mean anyone was actually paying attention to what he was doing today.

Now I want to know even more about the shooter's background. Why does he think he needs to step out in front of a moving vehicle and pull his weapon the driver? Too much dirty harry, macho man mentality?

Actually, since Good's partner and their dog where sitting on the sidewalk, I don't think Good was trying to drive away. She was more likely just trying to get her car out of the middle of the street.

Good = Babbitt. Sure, espeically if Good was shouting, "Hang Mike Pence." as she was trying to drive away.

After she was shot in the face, she lost control of the car, which is why she ended up crashed on the side of the road.

I just saw an interesting interview with a local eye witness. If I can find it, I'll post it.
