If you didn't follow it is about collective punishment. Kim Jong Un's South Korea fits the bill.

A tax on billionaires per se is not right. We need to bring back taxes that were cast aside by the GOP WITH adjustments for inflation. Those include REAL inheritance taxes and Capital Gains taxes. We need to eliminate loans against corporate shares. We also need to do more to curb inheritance type trusts period - the number you can create and the amount that can go into them tax free. People were are more upside down now then in the times of the Robber Barons that caused their creation - wake up.

ICE is being used in ways it was never meant to be used and IMHO far from legal. They are advertising to and bringing in the kind of people I would label as the thugs. They are currently drunk on power and in all honesty a heartbeat or two from the route of the gestapo. We need to change how CBP functions and where they are allowed to function. ICE needs to be disbanded and a new organization created with a crystal clear mandate. Unfortunately if that happens currently we will have the gestapo.

Agreed. I was a student in a dojo run by a DA many moons ago (80s). I was MMA before MMA (I trained in 3 different martial arts) and at the time it was fun but looking back... It should have taught me a thing or two about the police.

Once or twice a year he would bring officers from around the area in to train them on safer techniques for handling resisting suspects. There was this one cop (honestly he was a bully - he was from and worked in my town and the stories). Anyhow he was a karate black belt (no karate taught here...) had a way of putting his foot in his mouth. "Karate is the simply superior" - My Sensei challenged him to a no holds barred fight with a 17 year old novice girl. She then proceeds to beat him up. "You aren't going to make me get out of this car using jujitsu" - Sensei bets him 20 dollars he will have him out and subdued in under 20 seconds using only one hand and then does it leaving the guy cuffed on the ground with tears in his eyes (in fairness I know how painful the technique he used is when done right - but you have to execute). He just never learned. I digress - the point is you have to be a goon and/or a sadist to use these deadly techniques.

You know the one that when inspectors showed up the day cares were all operating as expect with kids except for the one which hadn't opened for the day or did you miss that? I caught it on GroundNews in the blind spot section.

You could have stopped at "The White House lied." Everything that came from Trump and Nobrains was a lie meant to agitate right wingers. It was an execution by an unstable and fearful thug. I am sure she was dancing on the edge of legal activities to disrupt them however there was no reasonable cause to execute her.
