One cheerfully imagines a time when America outlaws the billionaire oligarchy, as being clear and present dangers to our constitutional republic. They are doing what they can, witness the behavior of Musk, to turn our one person, one vote democracy into a one dollar, one vote oligarchy.

One the one hand, Trump set up ICE to be his brownshirt army, and on the other hand, he is handicapping the FBI and other agencies so they cannot act as controls on ICE behavior.

We attacked Iran in a war crime, murdered over 80 of their leaders as those leaders were meeting at our, and Israel's insistence, to craft a beginning agreement.

Vital to understand that modern fascism is about the billionaire oligarchs ruling like gods, buying up the political world, and owning all of the once independent media, then ruling by installing fascists like Trump and Rubio to make sure the people never have the power to actually rule their own land. Russia is a fascist land, run by Putin for the oligarchs..and its forever war with Ukraine...just par for the Orwellian course.

Maybe AIPAC should clean up its own house, and insist that Israel stop being a murderous apartheid nation keeping millions of Palestinians locked up in the Occupied Territories. Just a thought...Insist on peace with its neighbors, and be a force for peace. If peace is even possible after the last 70 years.

Of course Americans deserve and need strong and secure borders, but we intentionally had porous borders for decades, so essential work could get done. Now those people here for decades need a pathway to citizenship, and those at the border need to understand...the times of the porous border are over, immigrate legally or be deported.

Farage and the others used the standard "fear of the black or brown skinned other" to frighten the electorate into voting for something that had to weaken the Uk.

Women's suffrage wasn't done when they got the vote, it also involves their actually voting their interests, not to please the "man of the household". The Epstein?/Trump coverup can end this November, but only if women cast votes for people who don't see the DOJ as Trump's legal team.

One of the great examples of why MAGA is a threat to our constitutional republic...they are quite willing to see American fascism marching and to join in when it suits them...no one who votes for the wildly incompetent Lindell is to be trusted, and goodness knows, those who champion him are displaying their, at best, incoherence, and at worst...hate of the people uniting for their own good, rather than the good of the oligarchs like Trump.

And in the meantime...science is showing that long term, taking some shots is a real deterrent to dementia, including Covid and Flu and Hep B. I don't mind not waking up tomorrow morning but I do mind waking and not knowing it is tomorrow...so if they ever invent a shot against dementia itself...I will be standing in line.

Woke...as in becoming aware of one's conditioning and need to change...one of the better things about me personally. I was raised as a white male in New England, and finally saw the need for full suffrage for women and those not white. One of the greatest gifts given to our America was that the move to civil rights was run by Martin Luther King Jr., in a non violent civil disobedience way.
What PFC Gonsalves did was of the greatest courage, in a time when a black man was definitely seen as a second class citizen.

Now, I am a pretty honest and responsible person, but if someone came to me and told me they had an extra 100 million they could give me if I were to vote in certain ways...hmm....hope the truth comes out.

As far as needed more security because of the Iran War...one has to ask who started that war by murdering over 80 Iranian leaders we told to meet to create a new agreement...If that is fair in war. by the Trump gang, how is murder not fair across the globe?
I hope no one in this administration gets hurt, of course, but every time these conflicts occur and get reported on, enemies of the country find out more and more about our security tactics.
