A quick Google says planes at 300 ft or lower altitude can be hard to track by radar. That would certainly get people's attention on the ground.

My other choice was Kamala Harris. I could have voted 3rd party like I did in 2016,but when I saw disastrous the Biden administration was knowing Harris would be more of the same and possibly worse, I held my nose and voted Trump.

But there's a sizable difference between shooting someone in the back with multiple rounds walking down a street and mortally hitting someone with a single shot at 200 yards from an elevated shooting position while your adrenaline is going. The entire crux of long distance shooting is controlling breathing and heart rate. I'm not saying hitting a target at 200 is exceptionally hard in and of itself, but when you add in the contextual information of shooting at a human being...well...

Couple that with their apparent clarity of mind to escape without any apparent witnesses flagging them as suspicious or giving enough security camera time for the police to release a description?

I dunno. It just sounds like someone who knows what they are doing. I'm not saying it was a hired hit or anything, just that if/when the perp is caught, I wouldn't be surprised if they were military/LEO or something of that nature.
