Whenever someone asks how anyone could have voted for Trump, I'll just point them to an archived copy of this thread. Seriously, many of you here are too realize you helped him get elected, both times.

These criticisms are playing right into the Trump regime's hand. "oh look, they criticized us last time for separating children from their parents, and now they're complaining about us not doing that".

You can't have it both ways.

Some people in this thread appear to be literally arguing in favor of allowing people to use anchor babies to stay in the country illegally.

I already know how the leftists will react to this, but I'd really like to see what the people who used to claim to be independent/libertarian/conservative have to say about it. The Patriot Acts were just a warmup compared to this BS.

I've never understood this. It makes much more sense to move south than north.

Democrats are about as liberal as Republicans are conservative. Which is to say, not at all. But partisans still use those terms in a way that's completely lazy.

Hate to say it, but this country is truly ----ed, no matter which way you look at it.

Remember when everything was going be replaced with Expert Systems? Yeah, that didn't work out so well either.

The "edge of space" is a misnomer/false advertising. The edge of the Earth's atmosphere is not the edge of "space".

Did this flight already happen? I was looking forward to them being stranded in space... all alone... with each other.
