If I'm not mistaken, there is a Gerrymandering case before the Supreme Court, I think it's from one of the Carolinas, that would allow a State legislature to redistrict as they see fit. In other words, they wouldn't even need to have a vote on it like in California.

So it will be interesting to see how the Supreme Court only lets Red states do that.

If a police officer did this they would enjoy qualified immunity, since there's no law against throwing a sandwich at point-blank range.

I'd wager most Americans want to limit foreign ownership of American real estate.

Like, in the 70 to 80 percent range would want some kind of limitations or extra requirements.

But, Capital serves no nation. This ain't Wealth of Nations any more.

Glad this went the way it did. Living nearby I got to see the ads.

The Republican ad was the Republican candidate in front of cops at a roadblock, while pointing out his opponents was soft on crime.

The Democrat ad was a white woman actor, not the candidate, with a voice-over saying women might not be able to get an abortion if the Republican wins.

It was heavily polarizing. I thought the Democrats could have done better. Perhaps they didn't think they needed to.

This is 100 times worse than 9/11.

Repubilcans must not have a better plan because we have yet to hear one. Repubilcans would prefer if the Republicans depending on those subsidies just don' thave health care any more. If that's not correct please set the record straight!

Health care through ACA subsidies and not going hungry thanks to SNAP are two different things.
SNAP has funds right now. Trump won't release them, in defiance of the law.
There's nothing seven Democrats can do to change that.
