It's common knowledge that Russia does everything they can to manipulate our elections. It's even common knowledge that several Trump insiders had significant connections to Russia leading up to the 2016 election... and still do. I was speaking to a friend with strong ties to the National Park Service, yesterday. They have similar issues. If the Park Service can't get their seasonal employees, many National Parks may be gated shut this summer. The Forest Service will have issues, as well.
