Trump/MAGA either have no idea how elections work in mail-in states, or they're deliberately spreading lies and misinformation about it. I suspect both. As a Colorado mail-in voter, I'm getting pretty tired of their crap.

There is no such thing as a Federal election in the US. States run elections. MAGA simply wants to turn the US into a single party nation, just like any other authoritarian country.

A lot of people in the lower CO River basin, especially AZ and CA, are going to do some suffering in the next few years.

I wonder if some of the old Abu Ghraib soldiers are now guards at these facilities? Does anyone know what Lynndie England is up to these days?

Intimidation has become this regimes weapon of choice. Killing or arresting peaceful protestors. Arresting alleged vandals on very thin charges. Masked jack boots marching in the streets of DC. Sending agents out against dissenters. Threats of kangaroo courts and trumped up charges against enemies. ...A slow descent to authoritarianism, not so different from 1930's Germany.

It obviously IS a gaslighting red scare. And you're either perpetuating it, or like most Trumpers it's working very well on you. Everything I've heard with any seriousness is NO worse than proposals that might have been made by FDR or Harry Truman. Were they "communists"?

Social media has been nothing but red scare for the last two weeks. One thing MAGA is very adept at... They can spread lies and misinformation all the way around the world, in memes and short sound bites, before the Dems can even get the truth out the front door.

Most of the people who could change this only care about making certain that nobody is sponging off of a social safety net.

I look at maps and make my own predictions. The terrain I live in is far too varied for people to tell me what's going to happen from hundreds of miles away. I'm usually far more accurate than they are. But as this regime cuts funding, the infrastructure used for prediction is going to get much less reliable.

Hmmm... The shortages in supply are ongoing. And the Strait is still only passing less that 10 percent of its pre-war numbers... Still significant disruption in the supply chain. My understanding is that the futures price of oil is still far different than the actual delivery price. Don't believe everything you see.

I think we should take the linked map with a grain of salt. Poor Presidential approval doesn't always translate to significant replacement of Congressional incumbents. Especially in light of all the MAGA efforts to redistrict states and suppress elections.
