That's why it's critical to speak up, to protest, to let both houses of Congress know. Trump's "big beautiful bill" is, by 2:1 unpopular with the American people. ICE is unpopular as ever, and it was never particularly popular. Their gestapo tactics and disappearing of people like South American dictators used to do makes the United States look like a -------- nation. The protests are helping change people's minds - and that is the whole game.

The entire Trump admin is comprised of ill-tempered children that aren't particularly bright and are vengeful.

There's a (currently) huge multi-faceted effort from the government and private partners to control, and hopefully eradicate, Burmese python in the Everglades. From hunts, to tracking (radio beacons to find and eliminate nests), and on and on. No one's close to giving up on it at all, if that's what you were asking.

One of my favorite artists, hands down, one whose work I have throughout my house, is actively voicing his dissent as well. I knew he would - he and his wife love the Everglades and wild Florida. I loved seeing him, 82 years old, with a microphone actively protesting!

The people that know and love the Everglades know how incredibly stupid Uthmeier and DeSantis are when the spout nonsense about how this is "secure" just because it's in the "dangerous" Everglades. Ask the Miccosukee, the Seminoles, ask the Gladesmen, ask the other Floridians that live there. Janet Reno grew up right on the edge of the Everglades.

There's barely a peep about this guy being a full on white supremacist.

I've been following this closely, and the local coverage has been all over it with detail after detail. There's so much to this story that it makes it difficult to follow and catch every frikken detail.

Florida's announced they're also turning Camp Blanding into another detention camp. The intent is to increase capacity to 5,000.

And the award was an automatic thing based on having the top grade in the course itself,
65% of the grade is based on the grade on the paper he wrote. The grade determined by the MAGA judge. If you're familiar with circular logic, you should get a clue as to how this worked out.

He wasn't dismissed for what he wrote in his paper. He was awarded for that. He was expelled for rhetoric on his social media calling for the extermination of all Jews, no matter what method, along with other statements. Given your objection, can we assume that you're now 100% OK with all the protests for and by Palestinians and the cessation of any deportation for them protesting?
