I oppose the feds controlling elections, period. It's a state level issue. Also, proper verification PROTECTS voter rights by maintaining integrity in the process.

No it isn't. I fill out the ballot at the polling station after showing g ID. I feed it into the machine. That is more secure than mail in ballots and any organization that tracks election integrity (have a seance with Jimmy Carter if need be) will tell you that.

Optimally, I think all voting should be in person (that was the case for most of our country's existence) and that ID should be provided to obtain your ballot. However, mail in voting exists in some states. My belief is that a mail in ballot must be requested. Some Democrats favor sending every person a ballot. Thet is a recipe for fraud.

As for me personally, I will only vote in person. It is the most secure way to vote.

For the record, I am not accusing you persnally of making that argument.
