Jennifer Guilbeault was indicted on hate crime and assault charges for pepper spraying a 45-year-old Uber driver in an anti-Muslim attack in NYC. As the Uber driver approached a red light on the Upper East Side, he began praying in Arabic. Jennifer Guilbeault lunged forward toward the driver's seat, holding a can of pepper spray. She sprayed Shohel Mahmoud in the face, causing burning, redness and pain. read more
