our Ambassador to the U,N. needs to make a major address about this claim by the Iranian Foreign Minister and speak to the General Assembly but direct it directly at Vladimir Putin with the message that if they provide nuclear weapons to Iran the responsibility for what they do with them will remain Russia's whenever Iran decides to use one or more of them and the retaliation will be directed at Russian targets when and if that ever happens.
