Canada is an awesome country. Lived in Marquette Michigan for ten years one year. So.. almost in Canada.

Was there for the snowiest winter season on record in Marquette, the winter of 2001-2002, with a total of 319.8 inches of snow. So I got a good taste of the Gales of November.

Winters like that are for the young and restless full of energy.

My snowmobile and my snow plow actually made it fun and interesting tho and even tolerable. Best investment ever.. in the UP. Or I would have been completely snowed in. The plows there had no mercy on my driveway. Left a 5 foot berm sometimes. They have little snowmobile highways up there so you can use to run to the store and get supplies on your snowmobile. You never have to use the roads. I could even get to work on it if I had to.

Yeah. I admit. That was fun. But I don't miss chipping ice and -17 F degree mornings though.
