I don't feel sorry for her. She became mentally disturbed though both her insatiable need for power and her association with Trump. Everything and everyone he touches is ruined.
And now, so is she. She deserves it. And for me, her over-the-top, Fonzie-jumping-the-shark moment was her accusing three men on the floor of the House in February 2025 of Sexual Assault with absolutely no proof given; she said she had proof, but to this day has delivered none. She set women's rights and Sexual Assault Survivor's rights back a lot that day. She fed into the stereotype that women make accusations for revenge.
I have no problem with her defeat and being thrust into the dustbin of politics forever.
The only good news out of this nightmare is that the history books will name names and declare the Trump years the darkest in American History.
Except in Texas.
In Texas, the Trump years will be remembered as shining moment when the Bible was mandated in Texas schools and that there was a celebration that women faced increased pregnancy-related complications and deaths due to the total ban on abortion.
