I agree but I'm not a judge nor did I go to law school.

This autopsy ruled it a homocide and I'm in no position to question that.

I didn't ask if the cocaine abuse and morbid obesity was a defense for law enforcement.....I asked if it was fair to point out.

I wasn't asking if it should be evidence in a court of law.

But also consider that constitutionally protected rights are violated every single day in this country by law enforcement and the criminal justice system in general.

I don't want to split hairs over every historical event and how close this country came to ending with each event.
